mega rare 1976 the Decca record Co. Ltd. ZAL 14744 P SKL 5262 The Spriguns Revel weird and wild.
Stampers 2d 11 on both sides.
this is an early press if not first !! pressing
A one time chance to own this fantastically rare folk rock masterpiece from 1976 from the UK band Spriguns, featuring Mandy Morton, Tom Ling, Dick Powell, Mike Morton, Chris Woodcock and a guest appearance on steel guitar from B.J. Cole.
This Album is COMPLETE and in Stunning condition containing the original inner also the elusive, and collectable in its own right, Lyric sheet/ poster, containing images of frolicking pesky pixies.
the labels are in great condition, on side 2 there is a light marking of a number 13.
the front laminated cover is in Brilliant EX condition with just very minor edge and corner wear and some minor laminate fold marks, with a slight split in the laminate on the top edge..
The original inner and the Lyric sheet / poster is in Mint condition, on one side the lyrics and some photos of the band, and on the other some risque pixie artwork.
The vinyl, I wish I could say the vinyl is in mint condition, and I could, if it were not for an audible scratch on track 2 side 2 the instrumental track Hasberry Howard, the rest of the tracks are in MINT!! condition, so an overall grading of EX+ would have to apply.
This record is very very rare and would make an exceptional addition to any collector.
