This record album is not pristine, but for a 75-year-old item it is in pretty good condition.  It has a scratch across the first two songs of the second side, and a very short scratch at the beginning of track 3 on the first side.  Other than that, it is shiny, with some spindle scuffs - nothing that looks like it would break your needle.  The cover is still structurally intact with a split in the middle of the bottom edge and some staining visible on the back.

A very rare recording indeed, important for any collector of Jazz.
