Description
A collection of 'Story of' records, featuring dialogue, music and sound effects from the original soundtracks. The collection consists of:
The Story of Star Wars (20th Century/Pye Records 1977) The Story of The Empire Strikes Back (RSO 1980) The Story of the Return of the Jedi (Buena Vista Records1983) The Story of Tron (Disneyland Records 1982) The Story of The Black Hole (Disneyland Records 1979)
I am selling these from my private collection. I purchased these new back before the time of home video, let alone DVD etc, when this was the closest I could get to owning a movie. They have been very much loved and cared for, and for me have always been a pure nostalgia trip.
I have graded all the records in this collection (using the Goldmine Grading Standard, commonly in use on eBay) as Very Good Plus VG+
The sleeves, which include all the original booklets - which are either affixed to the sleeve, or included loose within it (depending on the manufacturers' choice) are all VG+ and better. (The Tron sleeve shows a little scuffing which was present when I purchased it from the record shop and is visible in the photos).
The records have been cleaned using my Project VCS-MK II cleaning machine and place into new inners. Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, and The Black Hole also come with their original inner sleeves, but I should point out that Tron and Return of the Jedi do not.
The records will be dispatched in a professional quality mailer and waterproof sleeves, as one item.
