I got this used back in the 90"s but it doesn't look like it had a lot of play.
Visual vinyl grade is EX. Flatness and centring are good. Plays EX with some light random ticks and a light repeating bump noise between the second and third track. A couple of light spindle marks but not many.
Cover Ex. I don't see any ring wear but there is some light corner and edge wear. There is a bit of creasing on the spine and into the front cover. A previous owner tapped a news clipping and insert inside the inner MOFI insert. No seam splits.

Any returns must be in the same condition you receive it in and sent back in the same packaging.
I have attempted to grade this record to Goldmine standards under a bare 100 watt bulb and inspected for centring and warps on a turntable. If you feel I have over graded, made an error in the description or the record arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund upon return of record, including all actual postage costs. I use EX instead of VG++.
I ship in an over-sized box with foam inserts for safety. Please save this packaging to ship any returns in.
