Description
Original, black label with silver/gold text and logo. This sampler on Side A includes Track1-Sun Ra; Track 2-Donald Byrd; Track-3 Dick Wetmore, Tommy Ball, Pat Petracco; Track 4-Herb Pomeroy, Ray Santisi. Side B includes Track 1-Curtis Fuller, Pepper Adams, John Coltrane; Track 2-Cecil Taylor; Track 3-Jay Migliori. Some of the tracks may have only appeared on this sampler. I have included a photocopy of the original booklet that was included with the record (not stapled). This has interesting text by Chuck Israels as well as some photos. The booklet is 5" X 7", 26 pages.The booklet lists all personnel. Very rare, particularly in this fine condition.
Cover: VG++ Intact and clean. Plain back cover with small section of the original tape that sealed the jacket. Light aging on the front cover.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. New in appearance. Side A, 4 tracks with 2 to 3 light, isolated clicks on each track. 1 or 2 are more audible. Side B, 3 tracks with 1 click on Track 1 and 4 or 5 on Track 2. Fine collectable quality.
