Sun - Roots of Rock Volumes 1 - 6: A history of Rock Music Vol 1 "Catalyst" - Jerry Lee Lewis, Howlin' Wolf, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Roy Orbison (Total 16 Performers). Vol 2 "Sam's Blues"- Howlin' Wolf, Little Milton, Houston Boines. Vol 3 "Delta Rhythm Kings" Ike Turner, Bonnie Turner, Johnny O'Neal, Billy Emmerson. Vol 4 "Cotton City Country" Charlie Feathers, Maggie Sue Wimberly, Johnny Cash plus 12 more. Vol 5 "Rebel Rockabilly" Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, Narvel Felts and 13 more.  Vol 6 "Sunset Soul" Big Lucky Carter, Jeb Stuart, Frank Ballard plus 6 others. This set is in excellent condition from the outer sleeves to the records, all having been protected in soft inner sleeves. The album covers have information on the recordings, artists etc. Record Nos: Vol1 CR 30101, Vol 2 CR 30102, Vol 3 CR 30103, Vol 4 CR 30104, Vol 5 CR 30105 and Vol 6 CR 30106 all are recorded in mono making this set a most interesting history of early rock music, all the albums have 16 tracks on each record. Included in this set is a copy of "Music City Soul" CR 30107 recorded in stereo, artists include Big Al Downing, T-Bone Walker, Betty La Vette plus 7 others making up the 16 tracks, this album will be free to the buyer of Volumes 1-6 above. The recordings are all from the 1950s and 60s a fantastic set and music history and all are in excellent condition throughout. The records are of a heavier grade vinyl making them excellent quality items.
