Rare and highly collectible Aristocrat Records #1301 featuring Sunny Land Slim with Muddy Waters — an essential early Chicago blues pairing from the legendary pre-Chess Aristocrat era.
Titles:
• “Johnson Machine Gun” (1301A)
• “Fly Right Little Girl” (1301B)
This is an authentic vintage 78 RPM shellac record with strong collector appeal and undeniable historical significance.
Condition:
* Record has been sound tested and plays without skipping
* Small crack present (see photos), but it does not affect playability on my setup
* Surface shows expected age wear, scratches, and handling marks consistent with an old 78
* There is background noise and surface hiss, though in my opinion it is not excessive for a record of this age and type
* Labels remain attractive and display well
A scarce early blues issue tied to two giants of Chicago blues history. Not a mint copy—but a solid, playable survivor with real character and collector value.
