General wear to sleeves and splitting to upper and lower centers of sleeves where the record has been stored.

Once your package has been delivered to either your courier service or personal contact, you can get in touch with either one of them to find the status of your package. As a general rule, CDs and cassettes either play perfectly or they don’t. Cassette tapes are liable to deteriorate with age even if they remain sealed and/or unplayed from new.
Cassette and CD jewel cases can easily be replaced if they are broken, cracked or scratched. Cardboard sleeves and digipaks are subject to the same wear as those of record sleeves.
