this appears to be a vinyl pressing, rather than a shellac record;
The record is VISUALLY Graded only,  using the Goldmine Magazine grading system:
Both Sides look strong vg to VG+
both sides have almost no signs of wear,
and a light coating of dust /  signs of possible moisture in the past; No obvious scratches, no signs of bad handling.
Both labels are in VG++ condition, see photos.
