Description

  • Near mint RCA Victor Soria Series 2 LP box set of Puccini’s "Tosca" (RCA LDS 7022, Stereo) with 64 page libretto/booklet printed in Italy especially for the RCA Soria series of recordings.
  • Stampers are 2s/2s/3s/7s Indiana.
  • This set is one of just a few operas on the prestigious TAS (The Absolute Sound) list of top audiophile recordings.
  • Featured performers are Leontyne Price, Giuseppe Di Stefano and Guiseppe Taddei with Herbert Von Karajan conducting the Vienna Philharmonic with the Vienna State Opera Chorus.
  • The glossy LPs look and play near mint (I don't rate opened LPs as mint). I detected one light tic at the lead-in dead wax of side 1. Otherwise there is just some very light occasional surface noise I frankly hesitate to even mention. The textured box is near mint. The booklet is also near mint.
  • NO reserve. I ship worldwide and will combine winning bids to save on postage.
