A VERITABLE rock 'n roll machine, Ten Years After had toured the world many time over, played Woodstock and delivered a string of big selling albums. By the time they made this one, the band opted to issue a double live blockbuster, containing frantic 12 bar blues and a measured collection of tracks focusing on their best songs ... and ripping lead guitar of course!

As a result the music here is equally as impressive as anything they had previously recorded but sounds infinitely more polished and refined after years treading the boards. Lee's barage of lightning fast fret work is tempered by an investment in chunky riffs, melodic hooks and great musical support from the rest of the band including some killer keyboard tinkling from the absurdly named Chick Churchill.

Best track? That might be a toss up between 'Good Morning Little Schoolgirl', 'I'm Going Home' (by Helicopter!) and 'Choo Choo Mama'.

Vinyl: Super clean and shiny condition. Maybe a few spindle marks on labels (hard to see) but no signs of any other use. Grades as top MINT-!

Cover: Again, practically no signs of use. Issued in a beautifully illustrated gatefold cover - retains original printers bloom. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no split seams and no creases. Spine is straight, stiff and completely uncrushed. Beautiful and impossible to find like this 45 years after release. Grades as top MINT-!
