TOM FOGERTY "ZEPHYR NATIONAL" Fantasy 9448, ORIGINAL TEST PRESSING, circa 1974.
This is a test pressing of Tom Fogerty's 1974 album, "Zephyr National".  According to the stamped date on Side A label this test pressing was made February 8, 1974.  A note from Gretchen Horton, (publicist at Fantasy Records) addressed to someone named Gene,  dated February 11, 1974, was found in this album. Note explains that Gene was one of the few people to get a test pressing before album was released to public. The note is included with purchase.
LP in EX/NM- condition, barely any visible surface scuff, essentially plays clean. One tiny light scratch at beginning of first song on Side A is heard for less than 10 seconds. Otherwise, the entire album sounds flawless.
LP cover in VG+ condition, no seam splits with exception of 1" crack on top left corner. Some visible light wear and pieces of tape on front and back cover.  Small tear and light stain on back cover.
