THE BEACH BOYS - PET SOUNDS
CAPITOL LABEL 1966 FIRST UK MONO PRESSING WITH GARROD & LOFTHOUSE PATENTS PENDING FRONT LAMINATED SINGLE SLEEVE, IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.

Released in 1966, This is a first UK pressing on the rainbow rim CAPITOL label of this superb iconic album by the THE BEACH BOYS titled "PET SOUNDS ". This album is regarded by most as their best album and contains some great tracks including GOD ONLY KNOWS and WOULDN'T IT BE NICE and is in very good condition.
The album comes complete with its original Garrod & Lofthouse patents pending front laminated flip back single sleeve which like the vinyl is in very good condition. This is a respectable example, it has no splits, creases, tears or unwanted writing etc but the back panel is somewhat grubby.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and it plays through nicely. Needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc an overall very nice example of this iconic classic which contains some great tracks.
AS NORMAN WISDOM SAID THIS IS AN ALBUM THAT EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE IN THEIR COLLECTION.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually shows a few light scuffs but these are purely cosmetic. Audibly, I have just played it through and can state that it plays nicely with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc overall an excellent playing example.
The SLEEVE, The patents pending front laminated single sleeve is in very good condition with fully legible spine text.
The LABELS, The first issue textured CAPITOL labels are very clean. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The original inner sleeve is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
