Description
The product is a vintage 45 rpm vinyl record featuring the songs "Surfin' Safari" by The Beach Boys on one side and "409" on the other. Released in 1962 by Capitol Records, this first pressing comes in an original paper picture sleeve. The black vinyl record is in near mint condition, while the sleeve is graded as excellent. This single is a must-have for fans of The Beach Boys and collectors of 1960s rock music, capturing the surf sound and spirit of the era.
Original 1962 Picture Sleeve is in Ex+ condition. The picture sleeve has no tears, rips, holes, or seam splits. The added original black & white Capitol record sleeve is in excellent condition. The original 1st pressing 45rpm vinyl record (Scranton Pressing) is in NM- condition and the inlay is exceptional as well.
The picture sleeve shows extremely well. Please note that the reverse side of the picture sleeve has a pencil mark on the top left side after the printing "Beach Boys". It appears to be some prior writing in pencil but appears to have been erased causing a very (almost unnoticeable) slight color change. This is why I have graded it Ex+ and not NM-.
They are all in unbelievable condition for a picture sleeve and record that are over 64 years old!
