The Beatles - 'Hey Jude / Revolution'. DP 570.

The Beatles 1968 1st UK EXPORT FACTORY SAMPLE DEMO pressing of the 'Hey Jude / Revolution' 7" single. Released on the 30th August 1968, this was produced in the UK for overseas export markets only.

These initial early factory sample pressings would have usually been given out to reviewers, radio stations or used as quality control within the pressing plant. The export issues were pressed in the UK in tiny amounts.

Released on the Parlophone label both sides feature 'The Gramophone Co.Ltd' rim print and 'MADE IN GT. BRITAIN' text. The 'KT' tax code is embossed on the b-side label. The vinyl is housed within the original 1968 UK Parlophone picture sleeve.

The Matrix numbers are:

Side 1. 7XCE 21185-1 1 PA KT

Side 2. 7XCE 21186-1 1 G KT

The vinyl is in VERY GOOD+ condition.

Both labels are in EXCELLENT condition.

The sleeve is in VERY GOOD- condition.
