This is a rare FIRST PRESSING of The Beatles 1964 LP "A HARD DAY'S NIGHT" PMC1230. The cover is in VGC, but the actual vinyl is in ABSOLUTELY PERFECT MINT CONDITION that would suit the serious record collector or enthusiast. I have had this an a similar first pressing of HELP (also to be listed today or tomorrow) but had NEVER played it, as it seemed just too perfect to put a stylus too! No surface marks or scratches, in fact looks brand new rather than a 50 year old piece of vinyl! The price label from the "Music Meltdown" record shop that it was originally purchased from is still on the reverse and can be seen in the listing photos, and, as can be seen this was sold for a staggering £80 over ten years ago, so it was obviously considered something special by the dealer. I am not going to ramble on here, as I am not a record expert, but these records really don't come up in this condition very often, and I am happy to answer any "geeky" questions that you may have as to the labels, numbers or whatever else it is you want to know. There are a few others on ebay at the moment for varying prices, but I can say for certain none of the vinyl is as perfect as this. Ignore the rest, bid on the best!!!!
