DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Superb!...just the tiniest bit of wear at the corners, otherwise really Superb and very hard to find in this condition!...lovely and clean on the rear and clean...laminate tight...Spine lettering lovely and clear: EX+
INNER: Superb...Lovely and crisp..no seam splits, tears or marks: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines..plays beautifully with just a little light static between tracks..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...lovely clear sound throughout: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
