Artist : The Beatles Title : A Hard Days Night Catalogue Number : PMC 1230 Matrix Number : XEX 481-3N / XEX 481-3N Mothers Stampers : 3/ALP - 4/AOG Issue : This is a UK Original Press. This earliest press is complete with the yellow and black Parlophone label, the earliest XEX 481-3N / XEX 481-3N matrix and the laminated, flipback Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve. Vinyl Condition : The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition. The vinyl has the original wonderful jet black gloss, the grooves show no sign of wear and every track looks absolutely fabulous. There are a couple of the very lightest wispy marks but these are only faint and have no affect on play. The vinyl is complete with the original inner sleeve. Label Condition : The label is in superb EXCELLENT+ condition. The black is bold and the silver and yellow text are sharp. There is just the slightest spindle wear. Sleeve Condition : The laminated flipback sleeve is in absolutely stunning EXCELLENT+ condition. The laminate is superb, the blue is extremely bright and the pictures are lovely and sharp. There is the very slight corner wear. The back of the sleeve is also wonderful. The flipbacks have very light discolouration but this is insignificant, the white is exceptionally bright and the black text is sharp. The flipbacks are complete and sealed. The whole sleeve is flat and the edges are exceptionally firm. Play Condition : The sound quality is superb - rich, bold and vibrant throughout.
