Description
The Beatles here with the Abbey Road LP.
Cat. No. PCS 7088
GD 1 / MM 1 stampers
£1 start (including BPF) and no reserve. It is what it is, as they say, so have a look and see what you think. It's isn't mint and it won't become mint in the post either. But it isn't bad.
Please read the description and look at the photos.
Vinyl
A-side matrix: YEX 749-4 GD 1
B-side matrix: YEX 750-2U MM 1
Both sides have light, but non-feelable, hairlines and surface marks but there's nothing serious at all, just normal signs of average use that should reasonably be expected after 57 years.
The labels have spindle wear - see photos.
Overall, still a decent copy and I grade it as VG+
I've seen worse. And I've seen sellers asking stupid money for them.
Sleeve
Fully laminated front and back (but not inside).
Abbey Road text is clearly visible/legible on the spine.
Poly-lined, none-more-black, paper inner is in very good condition with just small tears.
Packaging
Record will be inside a poly-lined paper sleeve and outside the outer sleeve to prevent slicing of seams etc.
Sleeve and disc will also be inside a protective plastic sleeve.
All packaged strongly and properly.
Postage
UK postage is via eBay's Simple Delivery and RM's Tracked 48 service.
