COMPLETE WITH THE ORIGINAL 1970 UK APPLE COMPANY INNER SLEEVE
The album was of course, named after the London road in St. John's Wood that houses the E.M.I. studios (although, at one time it was going to be titled, "Everest").
The cover photograph was taken on Friday 8th August 1969 by Iain Macmillan at 10 o'clock in the morning.
For these quick snaps the police held up the traffic for 10 minutes as six pictures were taken (in two of which Paul wore his sandals).
Along with the Sgt. Peppers cover, The Beatles once again managed to create something so iconic that it has been imitated many times.

Clean, unmarked labels - light spindle traces
VINYL Visual: EXCELLENT+
Both surfaces shine like-new with nothing but wispy hairlines visible under bright light and some superficial circular marks on Side Two - all harmless
VINYL Audio: NEAR MINT
Plays beautifully with a deep, rich and warm sound and my play-check at volume found little to fault - a couple of tiny background ticks noted - nothing really - great copy
SLEEVE: NEAR MINT
Crisp and sharp with little wear to speak of - the laminated surfaces have a glass-like sheen and all text on the spine is clear and bold
