Description
Original 1969 very early UK pressing of classic rock album on Apple label.
THE COVER
The fully laminated sleeve is in great condition for its age with just slight creasing. This is the rare early version with the grate showing on the road under John’s foot and the pinched thin spine (See photos)
THE VINYL
The vinyl has just some faint lines only visible under bright light. This has been fully play tested and sounds fantastic throughout with just minor background noise intermittently. Wonderful stereo separation, Because sounds unbelievable. This is an early pressing with dark green label and -2 and -1 matrices
THE LABELS
The labels are clean and vibrant with just a little evidence of spindle marks
THE INNER
The correct black inner is a little tatty at the opening with a slight seam split at the bottom but is intact
