Complete and original MONO U.K. first pressing of The Beatles 2nd studio album.

Comes with the rare 1st variant ‘TWO’ misprints - ‘JOBETE’ mis-credit for Money, and the mis-printed song title ‘You Really GOTTA Hold On Me’, rather than the later corrected ‘You Really Got A Hold On Me’.

Also comes with the original front side laminated G&L sleeve, which also has the mis-spelling of ‘You Really GOTTA Hold On Me (track 3, side 2)

The album is complete with the original polythene lined ‘Use Emitex’ die-cut inner.

VINYL. VG++

The vinyl is VG++ in appearance. Side 2 with fewer marks/hairlines than Side 1. Plays great. Audible hair for 30secs or so at start of ‘Beethoven’

SLEEVE. EXCELLENT.

Sleeve. Rarer, darker front panel Roger Freeman photograph, distinguishable by the fact that only the right eyes are visible on George, Paul & Ringo, whilst Johns left eye is barely visible).

Sleeve. Super strong, with very little creasing, and the front panel retaining its sheen. (Small crease/crack above Ringo). Superb spine, which is clearly legible. Clean flip-backs, with some minor creasing/feathering to opening/left of track listing.

LABELS. EXCELLENT.

Labels. Clean, bright and graffiti free, with barely noticeable spindle ware to either side, and embossed KT tax code to side 2.

INNER. EXCELLENT.

Original polythene-liner Use Emitex die-cut inner in excellent condition. No rips, tares, seam splits.

So in conclusion, this is a first press Mono, of The Beatles second album, Jobete press, incorrect spelling to sleeve and label of ‘You Really Gotta Hold’, KT tax code, with 1 Mother to Side 2, and the record housed in its original poly-lined Emitex inner. Overall grading of Excellent minus.
