This is the UK Original press of 'Abbey Road' by The Beatles. This record has the original dark green Apple label which omits the 'Her Majesty' text and is complete with the original EMI plain BLACK inner sleeve and the original laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve.
The record is in Excellent condition. The vinyl has a sensational high gloss, each track looks fabulous. The record has clearly only been played a few times. There are just a few very light hairlines. The sound quality is exceptionally rich, warm and clear. The Apple label is bold and bright, completely clean with only the very slightest spindle wear. The record is complete with the original black inner sleeve.
The original Garrod & Lofthouse laminated sleeve is in Excellent condition. The colours are vivid, the black is bold and the laminate has a superb polished shine. There is just very slight ring and corner wear. The edges are firm, the whole cover is very solid and the spine is firm with clear text on a bright white background.
