THE BEATLES - YESTERDAY AND TODAY MONO BUTCHER COVER NO RESERVE
Up for bids is a third state Butcher cover. Please see close-up pics for detail. There is some paper residue from the original peel in a few small places, but nothing I feel takes away from the image. There is also a small smudge beside John's head. The are a couple very thin slits to the very far right edge of the cover. Jim Hansen at Blue Jay Way Galleries confirmed this is a result of the plant trimming the edges from the first to second state. The number on the back is 4. This may be a authentic original cover slick paste-on to an original cover as there is waviness to the cover slick.
No seam splits or touch ups anywhere. Spine text very clear. No writing or pen markings. Includes original inner sleeve.
The lp is VG+ but does have a some hairlines throughout.
