Description
THE BEATLES-COLLECTORS ITEMS This is a 1979 release on CAPITOL RECORDS? The reason for the question mark, is that while this has all the trappings of a Capitol Record, including a number(SPRO-9463) and promotional disclaimers(NOT FOR SALE-FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY) I can find no mention of this anywhere in any of the guides and have never seen one. The back even features pictures of previous Beatle albums. At any rate it is very rare and has some unusual song versions. Bid accordingly.
I just purchased a collection of records from the vaults of the long-time manager of a local record store. He left the store about the time CD sales passed LP sales. All of the LPs were put in plastic sleeves and stored in a custom-made shelf in a smoke-free environment and most are NEAR MINT. There are many promos, audiophile pressings, Japanese imports and rarities in this pristine collection. Please book mark me as I will be listing a few every day. Tracks are;
Side 1. LOVE ME DO, THANK YOU GIRL, FROM ME TO YOU, ALL MY LOVING, THIS BOY, SIE LIEBT DICH, I FEEL FINE, SHE'S A WOMAN, HELP!, PAPERBACK WRITER
SIDE 2. PENNY LANE, BABY YOU'RE A RICH MAN, I AM THE WALRUS("NO YOU'RE NOT!"SAID LITTLE NICOLA). THE INNER LIGHT, ACROSS THE UNIVERSE, YOU KNOW MY NAME (LOOK UP MY NUMBER)
RECORD CONDITION- NEAR MINTCOVER CONDITION- NEAR MINT-STILL IN THE SHRINK
