Vinyl is NM. Nice gloss. Minor signs of handling/age. Original generic white cover is in EXCELLENT condition with very minor signs of age. Original paper inner sleeve is rubber stamped #176. Includes 7 pages of press info, letters, etc...plus an original "Creative Radio Shows" catalog on thick stock - all in NM condition! Press sheets include original autograph by Darwin Lamm, president of CRS, and copied signatures of THE BEATLES. See Photos!!

Side 1:  Three 5 minute demos of specials with  THE BEATLES  hosted by Bob Eubanks BUDDY HOLLY hosted by Don Murry & THE BEACH BOYS  hosted by Roger Christian. Using interview clips & music. 
Side 2:  (Daily 3 minute features) Those Encounters is 2 shows telling stories of contacts with UFOs. FILES OF THE UNKNOWN is 2 X File like shows. "Factual accounts of stories that defy explanation." WHATEVER HAPPENED TO 2 shows BOB EUBANKS GIVES A HISTORY & UPDATE ON JAN & DEAN & the LETTERMEN .
