Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Beatles For Sale' 1964 UK MONO vinyl LP!
This particular pressing is the FIRST UK mono pressing of this great record. It was also the first time The Beatles used a gatefold sleeve. It features the first matrices ever used on Beatles For Sale - 3n 3n. Also, it has an early mother stamper on Side 1! DO NOT MISS OUT!!!

EARLY MOTHER STAMPER ON SIDE 2!
Condition:
Vinyl (visual): Side 1 - there are a decent amount of light hairline marks and needle marks - none of which i can feel however! It has definitely been played! Has a nice gloss and shine and is holding up very well. Rated as VERY GOOD. Label is VERY GOOD+. Side 2 - much nicer than Side 1 with a nice gloss and hairline marks only - no feelable marks! Rated as VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+. Label is VERY GOOD+.
Audio: I HAVE PLAY TESTED THE FIRST TRACK ON EITHER SIDE ONLY!! There is some light crackle on the run-in but nothing too intrusive. As the first song starts, the crackle continues but the warm punchy mono audio masks it well. A deep clean is recommended however! The highs are nice and crisp with a warm low end. Rated as a solid VERY GOOD! A deep clean could improve the rating. NO SKIPS, NO JUMPS and NO STICKS on the two tracks I played!
Sleeve: The original 1964 flipback MONO sleeve is currently rated as VERY GOOD! The front of the sleeve has a nice gloss with some laminate creasing and light edgewear - nothing too serious! The inner gatefold is nice and clean and free form writing! The flipbacks are held down tightly but they do have some discolouration and light creasing in places! The rear of the sleeve has some light ringwear but nothing too serious! Light laminate creasing is also present. The spine is 100% readable with no damage just light pinching and some discolouration.
