Again/Hey Jude
Rejected album cover artwork
Apple records prepared several versions of the Again album cover (later retitled to "Hey Jude"). This is the third version of that album (now retitled "Hey Jude") design that was ultimately rejected before settling on the the final version that essentially reverts to Version #2, but with a black border replacing the magenta one and removing the words: "Beatles Again" from the back cover photograph.
This item is a mock up of what this album jacket design would have looked had this design been used.
This album is intended to remain sealed.*
1. Constructed like the originals (i.e. two slicks pasted over a blank jacket)!
2. Writing on the spine just like the original!
3. Shipped in a box designed specifically for albums. Sandwiched between two cardboard filler pads.
*The vinyl inside is not a Beatles record. This display item is meant to remain sealed.
