THE BEATLES MFSL ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDINGS LP BOX



The Beatles, "The Collection", a 14-disc  virgin-vinyl remastered album collection manufactured by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab.

This includes the complete collection, as originally released in a handsome black LP with 24K gold leaf embossed lettering, a Certificate of Authenticity numbering 16,348 (of 25,000).

The box is in near mint condition.

All records and covers are in mint condition. Records were played once (if at all).
 
Also included:

  • The Geo Disc (never used) which calibrates tone arm weight and aligns the stereo needle. Described by the company as "the precision cartridge alignment system, from the makers of Original Master Recordings. Geo-Disc enables you to achieve critical alignment to within .003 of an inch in moments, not hours. Geo-disc exclusively addresses the three most important factors of alignment: proper off-set; proper tracking angle and proper overhang”.
  • "The Beatles, The Collection," a 12x12 presentation book with detailed lithographic reproductions of each original British album cover.

The late 1970s' issued boxed-set of audiophile editions of the Beatles' original 14 stereo LPs -- including the later reissue of Magical Mystery Tour as a 12"-- done with half-speed mastering from the original master tapes, each with an individual cover photo of the original master tape.
