Description

Dear Beatles collectors

What we have for sale is the ultra rare Vee Jay Oval lable Please Please Me B/W Ask Me Why disc

This ultra rare 45 is in VG- condition and has been well kept for 44 years.

This is not a  reproduction, but the original heavy thick vinyle edition First Pressing Thin Print
Artist Misspelled as Beattles Spizer Catalog # VJ 498.01 released February 7, 1963
as stated in Perry Cox's new 2008 price guide.
In his catalog Perry has this priced at $350 in Good condition.

This 45 was pressed in very limited numbers before the misspelling was caught
even then the single failed to chart high enough for VJ to continue pressing it.
Very few survive today.

Also this record is a must for anyone to complete there Beatle collection.

You will be hard pressed to find another one such as this, without paying over $1000

This record is not in the best condition lable wise. The A side as seen in pictures rates VG-
The lable may have had a sticker on it and was removed, but it is 98% there some touch ups.
The B side looks like it was redone or restored, as seen in pictures.
The vinyl rates VG- on both sides sleeve rash and hair line scratches, but nothing to cause skips.
This record is very very hard to come by in any condition, so please do not hesitate to bid.

I have been collecting Beatles records for over 35 years and selling on Ebay since February of 2005.

I haven't sold any Beatles items in a while and thought it was time to thin the herd. I have amassed

quite a collection over the years and sell only the highest quality collectors items.

 No junk or reproductions.

Please see my feedback and rest assured you will not be dissapointed.

Please feel free to ask any question you may have, I will gladly answer them.

Good luck bidding and please check back for I will be posting a First state Butcher Yesterday and today

original mono pressing still in shrink opened. Jacksonville pressing in mint condition.

Regards
Mark
