THE BEATLES – RUBBER SOUL
Original UK 1965 Mono “Loud Cut” First Pressing – Parlophone PMC 1267
A particularly desirable original UK pressing of Rubber Soul, released in December 1965.
This is the sought-after first “Loud Cut” mono pressing, identified by the important original matrix numbers:

Condition
Vinyl: EXCELLENT
The record is in excellent condition for a 1965 pressing, with a very attractive appearance. Please note that this is a 60-year-old original record and should be assessed as vintage vinyl rather than compared with a modern, newly pressed record.
Outer sleeve/cover: EXCELLENT
The original Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve presents very well and retains the classic appearance of this early UK Beatles release.
Inner sleeve: FAIR / GOOD
The original inner sleeve shows age and wear consistent with its considerable age. Please examine the photographs carefully for the precise condition.
A wonderful piece of Beatles history
For collectors, the attraction of this copy is the combination of the original 1965 UK mono issue, the XEX 579-1 / XEX 580-1 “Loud Cut” matrices, KT tax code and original Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve.
This is not a later reissue or modern reproduction, but an early UK Parlophone pressing from the original release period of one of The Beatles’ most important albums.
A beautiful and highly collectible piece of 1960s Beatles vinyl.
Please study all photographs carefully and feel free to ask any questions before purchasing.
