Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Sgt Pepper' 1969 fourth press STEREO vinyl LP!
This particular pressing is the very first STEREO pressing of Sgt Pepper that featured the new silver Parlophone EMI One Box labels, released in 1969. Produced for around 1 year only, this variation is highly collectible and looks fantastic! RARE, DO NOT MISS OUT!!!

Condition:
Vinyl (visual): Side 1 - there are a few light marks and small hairline scratches - none of which I can feel however! Has a lovely gloss and shine and looks to be in great condition for it's age. Currently rated as VERY GOOD+! The label is rated as EXCELLENT. Side 2 - same as Side 1 but with longer non-feelable hairlines and more spindlewear on the label.
Audio: I have play tested the first two tracks on both sides ONLY!! I can confirm that these tracks played without any issues and are currently graded as VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT-. There is some light background crackle that doesn't get in the way of the crisp, loud audio! Lovely classic warm vinyl sound with nice crisp highs and rich bass tones.
Inner Cutout: The original 1969 green cutout card is in VERY GOOD+ condition! It does have some light wear and tear but no writing, rips or tears!
Sleeve: The original 1969 STEREO patents pending gatefold sleeve is in VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+ condition! The front of the sleeve has a lovely gloss and shine but it does have some light ringwear and very light laminate creasing in a few places. The inner gatefold still creaks when you open it and ahs great vibrant colours with intact flipbacks and no damage. The rear of the sleeve has some light ringwear and light laminate creasing but very intact with no major damage! The spine is 100% readable, clean and intact with the usual middle crease - please see all pictures! Overall, a fantastic example of this 1969 patents pending sleeve that was only used for just under a year!
