The fourth proof gate fold sleeve  is in a strong EX condition it is clean with very little spine wear but no other edge wear and no seam splits the inner picture lyric sleeve is EX+ it is very clean with no seam splits and has the proof codes as well and the "patent pending" on the rear, the inner red and white flamed sleeve is Ex it is very clean with no seam splits, the 12" inner "cut-outs" card is in near mint (Mint-), the labels with side 2 KT marks  which have some spider lines but are overall excellent and the vinyl is in a strong EX condition with only a few faint light wispy dust scratches on this 1967 UK Parlophone album issue PMC 7027 by The Beatles - SGT Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" this is one of the rarer issues of this classic album and to see it in such clean condition is a rareity. The matrix and stamper codes are Side 1 XEX 637-1 stampers 2 GLM, Side 2 XEX 638-1 stampers 4 GGM,  See photos for more detail
