THE BEATLES "SGT PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND" ORIG '67 1ST PRESS UK. Mint!.
This was part of a collection I picked up recently, all in wonderful condition.
This is a first press stereo version and is getting rarer and hard to find.
The vinyl is in wonderful condition, with no crackles, pops, hissing or jumps, it just plays like it's supposed to and sounded brilliant and fresh when I played it this morning. The matrix runouts are:
SIDE 1 YEX 637-1
SIDE 2 YEX 638-1
The cardboard cutouts are in fantastic condition, with me rips or tears and the corners are sharp
The inner sleeve is original, but has a small slit at the bottom, as often happens with these records, but the colours are fresh.
The outer sleeve again, in great condition, colours bright and vibrant. The laminate is not cracked or peeling, but the are some faint waves on the cover which can only be seen in a certain light.
Overall this record is in beautiful condition and whoever wins the auction will not be disappointed, it's the best condition Sgt Pepper I've ever seen.
