"SGT PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND"
PARLOPHONE PMC 7027 MONO: 1st PRESSING WIDE SPINE COVER (1967 ORIGINAL)
MATRIX No's:
SIDE 1: XEX 637 - 1 GRO
SIDE 2: XEX 638 - 1 LP
The Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold front laminated cover is in very good condition with some rubbing on the edges, and some creases.
The inside laminated cover is in very good condition with some rubbing on the opening edge. The flip backs are intact.
The rear laminated cover is in very good condition with rubbing on the corners. There is no writing or stickers on the cover.
The 8mm wide spine spine hasn't flattened and is still in very good condition with all text clear.
The inner Sgt Peppers cut out is in excellent condition with no writing or tears.
The red and white "Fools" inner sleeve is in very good condition with a one inch tear on the bottom edge and some signs of aging.
Side 1 label with the Sold In The UK & The Parlophone Co Ltd & KT Tax Code is in excellent condition with minor spindle marks.
Side 2 with the Sold In The UK & The Parlophone Co Ltd is in excellent condition with some spindle marks.
Visually, Side 1 has some very minor surface marks and plays in excellent condition with some very minor background crackles in a few quieter places
Side 2 has some surface marks and this plays in at least very good condition with some background crackles in some of the quieter areas.
The record has been listened to via headphones to achieve an accurate grade.
Postage and Packing:
Your record will be removed from the cover and placed inside a new white sleeve. The cover, record and inner sleeve will be placed in a plastic wallet and sandwiched between stiffeners and posted in a cruciform record box. The box is completely sealed and protected against water damage.
