Description
Many thanks for your interest in my records! I've collected records for over 30 years and as such sometimes take stock and realise how many duplicates I have accrued, and how many records I no longer listen to. The records I'm listing today are generally of lesser rarity, but are in really nice condition, I grade using the RRPG Record Collector grading system, though feel that I grade down if anything, please check my feedback for proof of this! I have sold many records (some incredibly rare ones in the 4 figures) over the years, so please rest assured that my gradings have been satisfactory so far! Though, If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me before leaving negative feedback. I haven't had negative feedback so far, and don't intend to start now if I can at all help it!
I'll combine records for the same price for up to 3 disks (double LPs count as 2!), and at as reduced a rate as I can beyond that! International bidders please ask, as I'll send them as cheaply as possible for you,but they must be sent tracked and insured.

Here we have a rare, 1st pressing STEREO version of arguably one of the most influentialrock albums of all time, but housed in an incredibly rare WIDESPINE version of the sleeve, which is inincredible condition.
Early in the production of the sleeves, they worked out that widespine versions would crush too easily, and leave the spine messy,and illegible, however, some of the very earliest wereproduced with these before this had been realised, with MONO copies,these also had the FOURTH PROOF text on the innerflip-back tabs (now very collectable), and with the STEREO copies,whilst no FOURTH PROOF textwas evident,they still had very wide spines (nearly 1cm!).The result was the same to almost every copy you see today, at best they are squashed and folded and marked down the spine, being sort of legible, but more often than not they are worn through and completely illegible,and often quite ragged.Occasionally a really decent spine comesup for sale,that has made it through the years extremely well cared for, this is one such example!
Record Condition: VG+ a generaldusting of light surface "withdrawal style" hairlines, and a handful of slightly more visible ones. Nothing significant, or remotely "feelable", but the build-up dullens the reflective glory of surfaces that start off like obsidian mirrors! Very nice audio!
Labels Condition: EX Really Beautifully crisp labels, with an error extra dot on side one before UK, so it reads "SOLD IN.U.K. SUBJECT..." Perfectly crisp and clean, with just a few very light spindle trails,only visible when angled carefully under strong,direct light. Completely free from any signs of grafitti,stickers, stains, tears etc. etc. Lovely!
Sleeve Condition: VG+/EX- This is the important bit! What a beautiful spine, so wide (8.5mm!) and crisp and clean! The rest of the sleeve toois very nice, crisp edges, and cleansurfaces with only very light handling signs (a few light handling cresecents in the lamination etc.) the only minor detriment of any note really is slight wear/foxing to the corners and opening mouth edges.Other than that completely free from grafitti, tears, stains etc. Really lovely example of this very hard to find (especially in this condition) sleeve!
