On offer here is a very rare double LP, by The Beatles called 'the beatles' 1968 first press mono label UK pressing!!!! made in 1968 !!!!!! IT IS A 100% GENIUNE ' the beatles /white album' with the outer sleeve embossed with the "no 0283959" and is a 1st pressing on the dark green apple label with "apple records "credit on the label edge , WITH "sold in the uk "text" and "MFD in the uk " text (see pictures), THIS IS A RARE BEATLES RECORD UP FOR AUCTION!!!! DO NOT MISS THIS CHANCE !!!
the beatles/white double album, dark green apple , pmc 7067, 1968 TOP LOADER, first press mono apple label, with "the apple records" rim text, with "sold in the uk text " , K.T tax code, run out groove codes SIDE 1 xex 709-1, SIDE 2 xex 710-2, SIDE 3 xex 711-1, SIDE 4 xex 712-1, outer sleeve no 0283959, with original 1st issue, original black inners, 4 original photos, with original poster and with rare white paper spacer !!!! The vinyls retains a GLOSSY sheen !!!!! must grade at least VERY GOOD PLUS, VERY CLEAN and has the usual whispy marks caused by the record being removed from the sleeve seen only under the brightest light, and some (NOT MANY) haireline scuff/scratch marks, ...............within the play list there are NO jumps, NO skips, NO repeats, NO decernable clicks, 100% flat, NO dishing and NO warping, its as simple as that, the vocals are strong and clear but does have light static crackle in places but nothing that over powers the lp in anyway!!!! ............. the outer is made by garrod and lofthouse and is a gatefold flipback TOP LOADER numbered sleeve in very good condition, spine totally readable but with lifting laminate and discolouration, does have some discolouration and creasing with a small piece of flipback missing on the inside bottom edge .................labels are EXCELLENT as seen on pics!!!!! strong and clean with very little visable spindle wear with some spider marks .......the inner sleeves are the original 1ST issue"BLACK" in good condition with some tears and creasing!!!original 4 photos and poster with lyrics on the reverse and spacer are in excellent condition !!!
