Sold as-is, no returns. Top of album cover is split and was taped, as pictured. The back has water damage, as pictured. No water damage to vinyl record. 2nd state, there is a black, upside down triangle, on the right side of the album to verify this. Any questions ask. I have played and it sounds great.
