Description
A great opportunity to buy a VINYL DOUBLE LP from the 60's by The Bee Gees called "Odessa".
This is a U.K. pressing released in 1969 on the Polydor label (583049 / 583050)(STEREO). It has a total of 20 tracks (see photos for track listings).
The matrix numbers are:- 583049 A1 420 11 (side 1) and 583049 B1 420 1 2 S (side 2) and 583050 A //1 420 1 2 (side 1) and 583050 B //2 420 1 1 (side 2). This appears to be a FIRST PRESSING.
The vinyls are in a lovely, clean and shiny NEAR MINT condition. I always examine and grade records under a bright table lamp and there is very little to indicate the records have been played more than once. Just a faint spindle mark reveals that they have. I have played selected tracks and they play fine and sound great.
The labels are clean and free from any writing, marks or major defects.
The records are perfectly flat and have no warps of any description.
The records are housed within their original poly-lined inner sleeves in a VERY GOOD condition, with just some aging evident.
The felt-covered gatefold sleeve is in a VERY GOOD condition. The edges are very strong, but there is just some minor shelf wear in places on the bottom edge and corners (see photos). The inside of the gatefold is clean and undamaged.
This is rare to find in this condition and it should be of interest to avid collectors.
