DESCRIPTION TITLE: THE CAINE MUTINY private pressing SOUNDTRACK LP COMPOSER: MAX STEINER LABEL: CINESOUND 001 LP RELEASE INFO: 1970 Private Pressing 1000 Copies Only - not for commercial use FORMAT: 33 RPM, LP, 12" RECORD CONDITION: Vinyl looks like it has rarely or never been played. Labels are pristine - LP 520455 mono. COVER CONDITION: Still in original cellophane. 2 slightly dinged corners at opening. Cellophane split at seam on bottom edge about 2 inches in middle - no damage to edge. All white back cover has some shelf wear. Front cover is excellent. See photo. NOTES: This is the rare private pressing of the original soundtrack from the Columbia Picture starring Humphrey Bogart, Fred MacMurray, Van Johnson, and Jose Ferrer. It was scored by Max Steiner. It was limited to 1000 copies and was mastered from the original RCA tapes, with the tracks in the same running order.
