Description
THE CHIRPING CRICKETS Buddy Holly on Brunswick Records originally released in 1957, this is the second pressing released between 1957 and 1962 according to Discogs. The cover is not a textured cover, the inner labels look identical to the first run copies.
Vinyl in VG with several light hairlines/scuffs. Looks like G+, but plays well at VG. These thick fifties style deep groove records always seem to hold up well!!!
Cover in G+ with seam wear, split almost all the way on the bottom seam, held on by a thread at the opening. Same story on the top, it's held together, there is paper loss on the spine, but it is still intact. Staining on top section, old tape residue on bottom seam, some scratching on the front cover (see photos).

No textured cover. Inner sleeve advertises The Buddy Holly Story which was released shortly after Buddy's death.This label was used from Brunswick for mono recordings from 1953 to 1965.That record may have been printed between 1960 and 1965.
Song credits very with the use of full first names and just first(name) initial. On black and silver label
