The vinyl is VG+ with no scratches or audible flaws. The jacket is VG-. It would be VG, except that a small section of the front side paper insert has stuck to the heavy plastic outer sleeve (see the “Bring the House Down” title section of the photo) resulting in a bit of tearing. This is in the area of “THE H” in “THE HOUSE”, the right half of the “O” and left half of the “W” in “DOWN”, and the middle top section of the track listing. With the plastic cover on, everything is present and looks good. There is some dirtiness and an about 1.5 inch partial seam split along the top middle edge.
The rear paper insert sleeve is fine.
This record is from The Clash Zone / Clash On Stage collection, and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity verifying the pedigree.
