Description
A great opportunity to buy a copy of a RARE 7 inch VINYL single from the 70s by The Damned called "Neat Neat Neat".
This is a U.K. pressing released in 1977 on the Stiff Records label (BUY 10) with "Stab Yor Back" and "Singalonga Scabies" on the B-side.
The vinyl is in a clean and shiny EXCELLENT condition. I always examine and grade records under a bright table lamp and there are a few light surface marks noticeable, but nothing serious. I have played both sides and they play fine and sound great.
The labels are clean and free from any stickers, writing or major defects.
The matrix numbers etched in the dead wax are:- BUY 10 A1 and BUY 10 B1. Also in the dead wax are "A Porky Prime Cut" (A-side) and "This Is Your Captain Speaking" (B-side).
There is a slight PRESSING FAULT in that the run-in groove is narrowed slightly for part of the vinyl (see photo). You have to be careful when dropping the stylus onto the run-in groove, but it is still possible to hear the beginning of each side, one has to just take care.
The vinyl is housed within a front-laminated picture sleeve in an EXCELLENT condition. There is the "Island" logo printed on the back cover, along with the "Delga" credit.
This is a rare and collectable original Punk single and should be of interest to avid collectors.
