You’re looking at an original UK copy of ‘New Rose’/ ‘Help’ by The Damned, released in 1976 on Stiff Records (BUY 6). The vinyl is in excellent- condition (it seems to be slightly warped, but this doesn’t affect how it plays and it sounds fantastic). The picture sleeve (it’s the original thin paper one!) is just about in good- condition, with some very obvious signs of wear and tear.
This was the very first UK punk single (just beating the Sex Pistols Anarchy In The Uk) and it’s still one of the finest punk songs ever recorded (the B side, a 100mph cover of the Beatles’’ Help’ is pretty good too).
