Description
CLASSIC original punk singles from my record collection all in original picture sleeves.
First two great 7 inches from The Damned both on the Chiswick record label - Love Song with b-sides Suicide + Noise Noise Noise, CHIS 112 released 1979 with picture of bassist Algy Ward on the front.
Secondly Smash It Up, released 1979, Chiswick label, CHIS 116, b-side Burglar.
Next, The Stranglers' acclaimed version of the sixties David-Baccharch classic Wal On By, released on United Artists, UP 36429 in 1978, with Old Codger and Tank on the b-side.
Fourth, the highly under-rated single Emergency by 999 released in 1978, again on UA, UP 36399. Produced by Alan Winstanley btw.
Lastly, the genius of Where's Captain Kirk? by Spizzenergi Rough Trade, 1979 RTSO 4, b-side Amensia.
The vinyl on all these records is absolutely excellent the pic sleeves are also very solid, little bit of fraying/creasing but basically all good.
