Lovely copy here! YES, it has the fold-out sleeve; this is a first pressing! Correct runout data verified as well:

Vinyl grades at EX/EX-; some extremely light storage scratches; sleeve gets VG++!

Will ship worldwide for this item; dimensions of package will be 7x7x1. Will ship in a specialized cardboard box, solely constructed for vinyl records. I don't make a penny off of shipping; the way that it should be.
