Description

DCC THE DOORS. 180g Analog Master. Ltd Edition # 0380 early press. This was hardly played. Purchased new in 2005 and has been my main play copy since. DCC did a pretty good job with this title.   
Just listened all the way through and the vinyl is in great condition.  A few marks visible in the right light but not audible. Like new and ultra quiet. Break on through is tube-y warm and you can turn it up. The End....get ready to take the curtain off of Jimmy's voice. Front and center 20 feet away.
A must own record from 1966. Only the right pressed gold Electra originals can beat this copy, that's it, nor the MOFI version of this one.  You will spend a lot of cash looking for an original now. Most are beat to hell and grooved damaged given most were originally played on stone age stereo equipment with no anti skate.
The Butterfly and Red E label pressings tend to be thin and harsh. Not really worth the vinyl they're pressed on. You would be much better off with a CD. Good digital beats bad analog any day in my book. This is a pretty good sounding LP. You can do better but good luck!  
Cleaned with a VPI 16.5 record cleaner.
