Description
Up for auction is a nice, original copy of The Doors album "Morrison Hotel" originally released in the U.S. on Elektra Record (EKS 75007) in 1970.
-Guaranteed original pressing
-Original red "Big E" Elektra labels
-Original textured paste-down gatefold cover
-Original Elektra glossy inner sleeve
-Heavy, inflexible vinyl
-No UPC/bar code on cover
Condition:
Cover is still very nice, only light signs of wear. No significant ring wear, front and back look clean. Some small light scratches in upper left corner. Seams are very good, no splits, but some light rubbing here and there. Corners show some rubbing. Interior looks clean. Still attractive cover. Grade: Very Good Plus (VG+).
Vinyl is very good, still has much of its original shine. Has some light, superficial marks and hairlines on both sides, but nothing deep or serious--nothing that causes problems with sound quality, which is very good. Record sounds very good, not audiophile clean, but still a nice listening copy for an original. Grade: Very Good Plus (VG+).
