I HAVE DECIDED TO SELL SOME OF MY RECORD COLLECTION. I HAVE BEEN COLLECTING RECORDS FOR ALMOST 50 YEARS, ALWAYS UPGRADING AS I WENT ALONG TRYING TO FIND THE BEST POSSIBLE PRESSINGS IN THE BEST POSIBLE CONDITION. MANY OF MY LPs ARE IN MINT- OR EX+ CONDITION A LOT STILL IN THIER FACTORY SHRINKWRAP AND SOME WHICH HAVE NEVER BEED PLAYED
Up for bid is this VERY RARE ORIGINAL US TRUE 1st pressing of The Doors LP "The Soft Parade" on the Elektra record label cat# EKS-75005 and is in EXCELLENT+ CONDITION THROUGHOUT! What makes this LP so rare is that it has the GOLD label and was only pressed this way for a very short time before being changed to the red label. Most people don't even realize that this pressing exists and a lot of people call the red label a 1st pressing NOT TRUE this is the TRUE 1st PRESSING of this LPThe cover is in EXCELLENT+ CONDITION with just some light wear and color loss at the 4 corners and the top edge has a few spots with color loss. This cover is VERY prone to ringwear and this cover has NONE. There are NO splits, NO bends, and NO creases. The mouth and spine are beautiful. The Original True 1st press gold labels are in MINT- condition with NO SPINDLE MARKS!
The Original 1st press vinyl is in EXCELLENT+ CONDITION with just a few very light hairlines that will not effect play. The vinyl shines like it was just pressed today.
This LP is 100% complete with it's ORIGINAL picture/lyric sleeve which is in EXCELLENT condition.
I am sure that it will be a long time before you see one of these ORIGINAL TRUE 1st pressings, especially in this condition. Please take a look at the other LPs that I have for sale on ebay.
