Up for auction is an original ultra rare pressing of Marvelettes "Sing Smash Hits of '62" LP (TAMLA/MOTOWN TM-229). Here is your chance to own a copy one of the rarest Motown LPs. This is the sought after "M Cover" with the song titles placed inside a giant black M. The later pressing of this LP had the title shortened to "The Marvelettes Sing" with a completely different cover. THE GLOSSY VINYL IS IN VG++ CONDITION WITH LIGHT MARKS AND A NAME WRITTEN ON ONE LABEL IN BALLPOINT. THE COVER IS IN VG CONDITION WITH A NAME WRITTEN ON THE BACK, SEAM WEAR AND SOME GENERAL AGE WEAR. CLEANED ON A VPI RECORD CLEANER. REASONABLE RESERVE.
